Payments
- A minimum of 60% upfront payment is required before starting any project.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed milestones.
- Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once processed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Deliver content (text, images, credentials) on time.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the agreement. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
Hosting & Domains
- Domain and hosting services may be included for the first year depending on the package.
- Renewal costs apply after the initial period.
- Zeus Webdesign is not responsible for third-party downtime.
Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate tools such as:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)
- Social media platforms
- CRM or marketing tools
Additional fees may apply depending on complexity.
Limitation of Liability
Zeus Webdesign shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Third-party service failures
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- Terms are violated
