Payments

• Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed milestones.
• Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once processed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Deliver content (text, images, credentials) on time.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the agreement. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

Hosting & Domains

• Domain and hosting services may be included for the first year depending on the package.
• Renewal costs apply after the initial period.
• Zeus Webdesign is not responsible for third-party downtime.

Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate tools such as:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)
• Social media platforms
• CRM or marketing tools

Additional fees may apply depending on complexity.

Limitation of Liability

Zeus Webdesign shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Third-party service failures

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payments are not made
• Terms are violated
